Most of our summer fun activities and running around culminated about two weeks ago. I have started student teaching this semester (still teachers in-service because school officially starts on Sept. 3. You can read my post about why I am student teaching here. I must say though, this summer was packed with lots of activities for the kiddos, especially for our toddler since the baby is still so young. I knew our toddler was at the point where toys do not interest her as much. So I had to think of ways to help her develop and to keep her active – and mind you, she is a very active little one.
M0st of the activities we did at home are homemade and safe for little ones. Any other outside activities are budget friendly (parks, libraries, various play places, etc.) The links to baby activities can be found here and for toddler activities visit this page.
Below is a list of activities we did during our culminating week of the summer (well at least mine, the kids are still having fun). Click on each link to see a full post of each activity. How do I handle all these activities with two little ones under 3? Only by God’s grace and strength. At the end of the day, I am usually all worn out!!!!!!
